By accessing our website, submitting forms, or participating in digital communications with Lakeridge Athletic Club ("the Club," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1) Use of Services
The Club provides fitness facilities, programs, and related member services. Our website, forms, and digital tools may be used to share important information related to memberships, schedules, programs, and club operations.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting forms or communicating with the Club.
2) Communications Consent (SMS & Email)
If you voluntarily provide your contact information and select applicable consent options, you agree that the Club may contact you via recurring automated SMS text messages and/or email for club-related communications, including:
- Membership and account notifications
- Schedule updates, reminders, and alerts
- Program or service announcements
- Other important club information
Message frequency: 1–4 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out (SMS): Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
Opt-out (Email): Use the unsubscribe link included in each email.
SMS consent information and mobile phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Consent to receive SMS or email communications is not a condition of membership or purchase.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or communications systems, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of our services.
4) Limitation of Liability
The Club is not responsible for delays, failures, or disruptions in message delivery due to carrier issues, network outages, spam filtering, device settings, or other factors beyond the Club's reasonable control.
