Whirlpool

Our indoor, co-ed whirlpool comfortably seats eight adults, is heated to 104 degrees, and is automatically controlled for proper chemistry all day long.  This control system continuously tests and checks the water for safety and comfort and mixes and feeds the appropriate chemicals as needed prior to the return water reaching the whirlpool.  This ensures safe, comfortable water every day…..all day!

Steam Room

Our modular Steam Room will melt your troubles away.  Comfortably seating eight and reaching temperatures of up to 110 degrees, this room provides moist, wet heat, and is a great addition to our spa services at the Club.

Dry Sauna

If you prefer dry heat, the Club’s dry sauna provides a “lighter-air” option and can reach temperatures between 160 and 180 degrees.  It is an excellent alternative to the “heavier-air” experienced in the Steam Room.

The professional Massage Therapists at Lakeridge Athletic Club offer a wide variety of services including Swedish, Orthopedic, Reiki, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy, Acupressure and Hot Stone Therapy.
