TRX Training with Pilar
Description:
TRX, or Total Resistance Exercises, utilizes suspension training to leverage gravity and your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
Days & Times:
Tuesday: 6:30pm
Saturday:9:15am
Instructor: Pilar


Zumba
Description:
A high-energy dance workout that’s a great way to get fit through fun, rhythmic movements inspired by Latin and international music.
Days & Times:
Tuesday-Thursday: :9:00am - Anjee
Wednesday: 7:30pm - Kirstin
Saturday: 10:00am - Kirstin


Yoga
Description:
Focus on your mindfulness and flexibility with our Yoga classes. Perfect for enhancing mental clarity and physical wellness, these sessions cater to both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Spin Class
Description:
Our Spin classes offer a high cardio workout on stationary bikes. These sessions are designed to improve cardiovascular health and build lower body strength.

Saturday: 8:00am - Pilar


Pilates
Description:
Pilates focuses on controlled movements to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance. It’s especially beneficial for enhancing core stability.

Aqua Jog
Description:
Perfect for those who love the water, Aqua Jog provides a low-impact workout that improves cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.
