  • Vanessa Alvarez

    Vanessa has been training in the Health and Fitness field for over 15 years and has a degree in Kinesiology from UCLA. She is also certified by AFFA and ACE as a Personal Trainer and is able to provide healthy nutritional guidance. She believes in customizing exercising programs for her clients and educating them on the benefits of posture and form. She begins by working within each client’s personal range of motion and, in just a short period of time, with consistency, she has seen her clients increase oxygen and blood flow through their bodies while simultaneously gaining strength and stamina.   • Dolores Lopez

    Dolores has been in the fitness industry since 1981 and has taught group exercise classes, managed/owned a weight loss and personal training center, and worked at Lakeridge Athletic Club.

    She maintains two certifications for group fitness and currently holds an active personal trainer certification through the Health and Fitness Institute. She supports this certification by taking numerous classes on various fitness related subjects and by keeping up on current research through industry-related publications.

  • Pilar Romero

    Pilar’s philosophy is simple. She believes that exercise and fitness can and should be a daily part of your life and if you put your whole heart and soul into whatever you do, have fun, and enjoy being fit, you will achieve your fitness goals.

    She incorporates these core beliefs into developing fitness programs but is always aware of the need to tailor her recommendations to what her clients are comfortable with and which activities can be included into their sometimes hectic daily schedules.

    Her experiences have prompted her to further study fitness and expand her knowledge and growth. She obtained her ACE Personal Training Certification in order to help others meet and exceed their fitness goals.
